You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the ADVANCED UNDERSEA SYSTEMS PROGRAM OFFICE of PEO SSN.
Duties
You will develop innovative solutions to complex technical and programmatic issues and direct or manage
alternative approaches that can be balanced against cost and schedule constraints to meet overall program goals.
You will conduct planning, programming, budgeting activities; leading integrated product teams, systems engineering, Contracting Officer Representative, and supporting all phases of program management.
You will prepare and provide project oversight, develop concepts of operations, and support senior level engagements with the resource sponsor and operational commands.
You will manage the acquisition development, fielding, and sustainment of the integrated Product Teams (IPTs) implementing Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD) program, including cost, schedule and performance.
You will chair or lead major portions of source selection activities.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (GS-13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing technical or programmatic requirements (e.g., acquisition development; budget, funding or resource allocation; implementation of Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD)) for advanced undersea systems projects.
