You will serve as an Office Manager for the Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missile Technical Project Officer (AMRAAM TPO) of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will ensure accurate documents per Naval Manual, handle mail efficiently, and coordinate travel arrangements according to regulations.
You will coordinate team meetings and manage calendars.
You will manage security clearances, assists visitors, and maintain equipment and access controls.
You will handle classified correspondence, update security measures, and adhere to NAVAIR protocols.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band (DG-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Processing travel orders and vouchers in Defense Travel System (DTS); 2) Reviewing correspondence in accordance with the Naval Correspondence Manual; 3) De-conflicting calendars and proactively obtaining relevant information; 4) Exercising independent judgment in dealing with high-level managers internal and external to the organization.
