The Court Navigator assists court participants/users in navigating the Courts and informs them of the various operations and programs within the Courts. The purpose of the position is to support the Court Navigator Program by providing information on physical office/courtroom locations, processes and services at the Courts, as well as making referrals to external service providers.
This is a temporary position that is based on two-year grant funding from the National Center for State Courts.

Qualifications
Grade 8: High school diploma or GED and four (4) years of general secretarial and clerical experience.
Education Substitution:
Associates degree plus two (2) years of general secretarial or clerical experience.
Bachelors degree plus six (6) months of general secretarial or clerical experience.
Grade 9: High school diploma or GED and five (5) years of general secretarial or clerical experience.
Education Substitution:
Associates degree plus three (3) years of general secretarial or clerical experience.
Bachelors degree plus one (1) year of general secretarial or clerical experience.
Experience working on a personal computer in a Windows environment required.
Experience providing customer service in a professional environment is preferred.
