About the Position: The incumbent serves as a principal Strategic Integration Expert to the Chief, Business Management Division and to the Regional Management Board (RMB) serving a Corps of Engineers Division Regional Business Center (RBC). Responsible for planning, directing, monitoring, evaluating and providing expert staff assistance, advice and direction for the implementation of the Corporate Project Management Business Process.
Duties
Serves as a Regional Business Center operations manager for the RMB.
Serves as a key analyst and staff member supporting the Regional Management Board and the Chief of the Business Management Division.
Coordinates and manages RMB/PRB/CC meetings; works with senior management to develop agenda and identify focus areas. Leads the effort to develop needed information and analysis.
Provides subject matter expertise and interpretation of guidance for the technical implementation of Corps Business systems such as P2 and related Command AIS.
Serves as a principal point of contact for the Project Management Business Process/Corporate Business Process.
Provides technical and information support to key business management functions that support and maintain Regional Business Center integrated operations including business process planning, strategic campaign plan objectives, and resource shaping.
Provides workload balancing, regional issue resolution, benchmarking, business system modernization and integration, input into needed information technology support of long range strategic business goals, and project management process improvements.
