You will serve as an ASSET UTILIZATION PRODUCT LINE COORDINATOR in the Core, Asset Management (AM) Business Line of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII.
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 9.28% will be added to the stated salary.
Duties
You will update Facility Planning Document in an automated system (e.g,, Shore Facility Planning System or similar system) to maintain integrity of data.
You will analyze the potential effects of budgetary action on program objectives to ensure proper allocation of funds can be met.
You will establish priorities, annual plans, objectives, and milestones for an organization.
You will conduct inventory and utilization surveys to ensure accurate data relating to real property inventory.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- The employee must maintain continuous eligibility for unescorted access to restricted/controlled areas including but not limited to ordinance, airfield and ship berthing areas.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assessing all areas of the life cycle of a facility by using Geospatial Information Systems; 2) Managing the development of long range, intermediate and short term facility programs by using facilities planning, programming, design, construction, repair and maintenance technics; 3) Using the Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) suite of GIS applications to manage the facilities assets; 4) Developing and/or interpreting existing guidance on geospatial, CADD and real property standards and applications.
