Duties
You will manage the implementation and continued sustainment of the MAXIMO Mobile Technology program for the Facilities Management and Sustainment Product Line within the Public Works Department at NAVFAC Atlantic.
You will gather and analyze MAXIMO data for program level evaluation, developing analytical tools as necessary.
You will prepare technical reports, estimates, status and schedules as required to complete project and study assignments; perform in-depth statistical and simulation analysis of data to make technical and business decisions.
You will conduct studies to develop strategies based on changing work practices or workforce adjustments.
You will lead or participate in a multi-functional team to develop standard practices or resolve problems.
You will use information management systems to inform the decision process.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Applying Public Works Management principles and practices related to budgeting, planning, financial management, and work execution; 2) Supporting facility management and sustainment programs and initiatives, delivering a wide variety of products and services (i.e. forecast effects of budgetary actions, workload fluctuations, and schedule changes); 3) Monitoring issues and performance, and providing guidance and recommending corrective actions; 4) Preparing technical reports, estimates, status and schedules as required to complete project assignments using data processing software (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or similar software); 5) Using a computerized maintenance management system such as MAXIMO or the MAXIMO Mobile Technology Suite of tools on a regular basis; and 6) Reviewing project metrics to ensure production shops are accurately charging, processing, and managing maintenance work orders.
