For GS-13: Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience that demonstrated advanced technical range of knowledge of IT systems development lifecycle phases such as planning, requirements analysis, design, development, and implementation; experience with the operation and maintenance of systems including enforcing IT security policies, principles, and standards; providing customer support and ensuring accurate dissemination of information to customers (internal and external) and escalating issues on a timely basis; experience briefing and providing technical recommendations to senior management on IT security threats, vulnerabilities and incidents; and experience providing project management support for major IT products, services and/or capabilities. For GS-14: Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience that demonstrated expert technical range of knowledge of IT systems development lifecycle phases such as leading in planning, requirements analysis, design, development, and implementation; experience with the operation and maintenance of systems including enforcing IT security policies, principles, and standards; providing customer support and ensuring accurate dissemination of information to customers (internal and external); experience briefing and providing advanced technical recommendations to senior management on IT security threats, vulnerabilities and incidents; and experience managing all phases of project management in support of major IT products, services and/or capabilities.
