This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief of Operations (OCO). The selectee provides essential management support and services related to the operation of the OCO through project management, process improvement, policy development, management analytics, procurement, monitoring, reporting and evaluation and optimization.
Duties
The individual selected for this position will be responsible for conducting strategic and operational analyses and management of critical processes, procedures, systems, and functions to promote data driven decision making and overall operational optimization.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
Candidates for the GS-13 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower (GS-12) grade level in the Federal service.Specialized experience for this position includes:
Leading or assisting in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of organizational programs/projects, policies, procedures and operations, including facilities management, customer service, visitor support, and/or utilities and tenant/client services;
Broad knowledge of and experience with qualitative and quantitative analyses to assess and improve program effectiveness and/or organizational processes and systems;
Researching and analyzing data/information and measuring the effectiveness of organizational programs/projects, policies, systems, and operations;
Serving as Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) or equivalent.
