You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST within the MARCORSYSCOM.
Duties
You will serve as a senior advisor to management on the implementation and evaluation of the organization's administrative programs and management services essential to the direction and operation of the organization.
You will serve as a mentor and provide guidance and training to junior analyst.
You will gather, analyze, develop and maintain operational, manpower and historical data.
You will develop/design and/or update complex recurring reports often requiring input from sources external to business area.
You will develop, implement, and evaluate Human Capital Strategic Planning (HCSP) initiatives.

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or (NH-02) pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying analytical and evaluation methods to understand the regulations, laws, policies and directives associated with programs; gathering, analyzing, developing and maintaining operational, manpower and historical data to prepare a variety of human resources reports (e.g., organizational structure, resources utilization, mission, function and work processes); and implementing the strategic human resources management program and other programs to support Command recruitment strategies.
