You will serve as a TRAINING TECHNICIAN (OA) in the Training Support Department of INFOWARTRACMD CORRY STATION PENSACOLA.

Duties

You will perform a variety of student management and administrative functions supporting Navy educational, training, and student support program areas You will provide coordination to include systems administration and database management; perform student/class file management functions and maintain student/class file management databases and records. You will coordinate with course supervisors and instructors to ensure class rosters are accurate and timely. You will verify class data is accurate within CeTARS/eNTRS, create daily data entry reports, identify potential problems, and correct discrepancies. You will enter graduate students into Navy training database systems and generate graduation roster, verify students, and assignments.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS) and enterprise Navy Training Reservation System (eNTRS) to manage training activities; 2) Using computer literacy skills in all Microsoft Office applications to communicate and support large numbers of personnel; and 3) Providing the functions of a Command Pay and Personnel Administrator (CPPA) to assist students/personnel (e.g. transfers, travel, pay, billeting, reenlistment). AND This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
