You will serve as a TRAINING TECHNICIAN (STUDENT MANAGEMENT) in the NAVAL AVIATION SCHOOLS COMMAND.

Duties

You will manipulate and retrieve course data to compile reports and produce charts and graphs. You will analyze data on training needs to develop recommendations for senior personnel. You will adapt organizational guidelines to certify student enrollments are processed accurately.

Requirements

  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of military rank/rate structure, pay, travel regulations, and experience in validating/processing pay, travel, and travel order requests; 2) Managing curriculum status to ensure enrollment is correct; 3) Extracting and analyzing data from learning management systems to provide forms, documents, or reports on individual students; 4) Utilizing electronic software to prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets; and 5) Verifying information for database entry.
