You will serve as a Supervisory Training Technician in the Naval Education and Training Command of NAVAL AVIATION SCHOOLS COMMAND.
Duties
You will provide the leadership necessary to maintain an effective and productive work force and ensure continuous communication between employees.
You will supervise three GS-1702-05 training technicians.
You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates based on the requirements of the assignments.
You will make selection or recommendations for appointment, promotion or reassignment, hear and resolve complaints.

Qualifications
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Performing a variety of administrative support functions in support of the training program; 2) Providing account access and permissions for NASC personnel updates and maintains student information databases and 3) Identifying training needs based on analysis of collected data. 4) Monitoring and maintenance of documents, files, forms and records.
