This position is located under the Office of Enforcement Programs and Services (EPS), National Firearms Act Division, in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

Qualifications

To qualify for the position of Program Analyst, GS-0343-07, candidates MUST have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, GS-05. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume. Specialized experience includes: -Compiling and analyzing data; AND -Communicating orally and in writing to management. OR Successful completion of one full year of graduate level education OR meet the requirements for superior academic achievement. Superior Academic Achievement (S.A.A.). S.A.A. is based on (1) class standing--upper third of the graduating class, (2) grade-point average--3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale, or (3) membership in a national scholastic honor society. OR A combination of specialized experience as stated above and graduate level education. Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP) provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies. Education
