Duties
This position is located under the Office of Enforcement Programs and Services (EPS), National Tracing Center Division, located in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
Qualifications
To qualify for 14, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS13.
Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume. Specialized Experience is:
Applying qualitative and quantitative analytical methods and techniques to evaluate quality operations; AND
Preparing briefing papers and reports; AND
Managing projects and analytical studies of complex administrative, and managerial functions relating to the quality improvement, productivity, control, and related strategic planning.
