The Courtroom Support Supervisor position is located in Criminal Division of the District of Columbia Courts. The incumbent will be responsible for the technical assistance, training and development, implementation of various management functions within the branch, and for supervising all Courtroom Support Branch operations.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A High School Diploma plus eight (8) years of administrative experience in a court, or legal office environment, including at least one (1) year as a first-level supervisor.
Successful completion of the Courts' Management Training Program counts as one year of supervisory experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor’s Degree plus four (4) years of administrative experience in a court, or legal office environment, including at least one (1) year as a first-level supervisor. Successful completion of the Management Training Program is equivalent to one year
Education Substitution:
Associate's degree plus six (6) years of administrative or clerical experience in a court, public service agency or legal environment, including at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of administrative or clerical experience in a court, public service agency or legal environment, including at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Master's degree plus three (3) years of administrative or clerical experience in a court, public service agency or legal environment, including at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
