This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Direct Hiring Authority for STRL Mission Support. Duties

You will assist in performing studies and analyses concerned with improving the administrative support, advisory solutions, manpower and workforce analysis to senior managers within assigned areas. You will be responsible for coordination between the managers and team members to meet Air System Group (ASG) goals. You will assist management analysts/managers of higher grade in preparing and presenting written and oral reports on assigned tasks. You will make necessary arrangements for travel in the Defense Travel System (DTS), arranging schedule of visits, making train/plane and hotel reservations, notifying organizations and officials to be visited.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Anticipating business and administrative needs to include resolution of administrative difficulties (such as arranging travel using Defense Travel System (DTS), 2) Scheduling visits of high ranking individuals, and making transportation and/or hotel reservations); 3) Serving as liaison between offices and/or sections; 4) Interacting with senior level executives and their assistants in a professional manner; and 4) Writing, editing and managing correspondence at executive levels. Education

Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
