You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the SURFACE SHIP READINESS PROGRAM; SURFACE WARFARE DIRECTORATE of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
Salary range by location:
Dahlgren, VA: $132,368 - $183,500

Duties
You will support the Principle Assistant Program Manager for Bridge Integration on all assigned bridge system integration efforts.
You will function as a technical/functional authority within and outside of the organization.
You will assess and provide strategic direction for resolution of mission-critical problems, policies, and procedures.
You will define, establish, and direct organizational focus in executing challenging and highly complex projects/programs.
You will prepare, present, review, and approve major reports and briefings for internal and external distribution up to and including Flag/SES Level.
You will resolve diverse viewpoints and controversial issues.
You will be responsible for Bridge Integration Program Management to ensure effective program execution, and system coordination and integration for new/upgraded bridge systems and future ship bridge designs.
You will manage cost, schedule and performance of the Surface Ship Bridge Integration effort and associated design projects to ensure applicable systems effectively interface with one another.
You will lead efforts associated with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to inform Bridge Design options/decisions as a cost-effective means to develop design and integration solutions.
You will review and approve contract plans, modifications and specifications.
You will work with Business and Financial Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in all phases of Program Planning, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) to identify, secure, apply and maintain resources for program/project requirements.
You will lead the actions of diverse, professional level, multi-disciplinary, integrated federal and contractor teams in support of program planning and execution activities.
You will direct assignments and mentor junior personnel to encourage employee development and cross-functional growth to meet organizational needs.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (or GS-13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing or evaluating program requirements (e.g., maintenance strategies, modernization plans, training needs, and technical, logistical, and programmatic efforts) related to system integration for surface ships or systems.
