You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Contracting Support Branch of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.
Duties
You will analyze, understand and provide recommendations and support for category assortment management processes.
You will Interpret and advise on questions received from stakeholders regarding Category Management analytics data, data governance guidance or policies.
You will establish and track metrics on key performances as well as develop short and long term plans to deliver and track training
You will make decisions regarding Category Management guidance provided to DoN customers and analyze/ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction with
the Category Management program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Management Analyst specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing mastery and analytical knowledge of qualitative and qualitative process to solve a variety of complex category management issue. You have experience coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders in order to make business recommendations and solutions for the procurement of supplies and services critical to the mission. You have experience in budgeting policies, processes and procedures to prepare, present, defend and manage budgeting items, financial accounts, and allocation of resources associated with Category Management Program.
