Duties
You will evaluate employee work performances to identify employee developmental and training needs
You will advise employees on both work and administrative matters to improve business practices
You will analyze manpower and personnel operating procedures requirements to identify problems
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Develops methods to measure work performance within the department for accountability and continuous improvement; 2) Applies procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to specialized expertise, understanding linkages between competencies and mission needs, and keeps current issues, practices, and procedures in technical areas; 3) Formulates strategic program plans to access policy/program feasibility and includes realistic short and longterm goals and objectives; 4) Provides advice on effective management, through the Department Head and/or subordinate supervisors; 5) Administers personnel, financial, material, and information resources in such a manner to accomplish departmental objectives and uses new technology to enhance decision-making..
