You will serve as a PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the Marine and Family Programs Division (MF) within Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA)HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will sever as the subject matter expert for the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Policy and Compliance section.
You will be responsible for conducting assessment of administration and operation, including on-site reviews.
You will develop new, revised, and standardized policies, guidelines, operating procedures, standards, and training materials to incorporate provisions that affect operating activities and requirements.
You will review and interpret legislative provisions as, as well as new and established Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DON) directives.
You will coordinate and execute strategic goals, plan and initiative; realign, restructure, and re-engineer short- and long-term initiatives; resolve contingencies and implementation problems; develop comprehensive program policies.
You will analyze, review edit and write documentation; develop, compile and analyze data for reports, papers, guides, fact sheets and other documentation.
Requirements

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- May require travel up to 25%.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing new and revised operating procedures and standards; researching and implementing successful data collection techniques; AND conducting presentations before a wide range of audiences.
