You will serve as a Information Technology (IT) Specialist at the GG-13 grade level and provide specialized and technical IT services within one or more of the following areas: policy and planning, security, systems analysis, applications software, operating systems, network services, data management, internet, systems administration and customer support. This position is located in Quantico VA.
Duties
You will apply knowledge of the complete Microsoft (MS) System Center Suite of system management software components to perform advanced hands-on IT support functions.
You will develop and update workflow, using MS Service Manager, for Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and related functions based on directorate defined and approved processes and procedures.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them.
You will create and implements plans to enhance existing service offerings from centralized system management components for future releases of all MCIA-managed IT security domains.
You will Develop PowerShell scripts as required for automation of repeatable tasks in Orchestrator, within Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Requirements

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 451 level 02 within 12 months of appointment.

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as:
1) Developing PowerShell scripts as required for automation of repeatable tasks in Orchestrator, within Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM);
2) Creating workstation and server software deployment packages using Flexera AdminStudio to repackage installations and create files for Microsoft Installers (MSI);
3) Assisting in the deployment of software using MS SCCM 2012 and any subsequent versions implemented on the network;
4) Monitoring alert and management pack configuration on Operations Manager servers;
5) Creating and managing Application-Virtualization (App-V) packages.
