About the Position: Serves as the detachment's technical expert on Reserve Recruiting production statistics and policies.

Duties
Review incoming correspondence to remove second party letters and any letters of criticism or any document that reflects negatively.
Provide appropriate advice and guidance to other personnel on actions in areas of expertise.
Maintain production statics for each USAR NCO and officer recruiter and production reports for the AMEDD Recruiting Detachment.
Investigate and process administrative waiver request for enlisted applicants.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes serve as Human Resource liaison for requests for military packets corrections and/or clarifications; enter data for statistical analysis on for higher level review and provide updates on daily/weekly reports and charts to be briefed by higher officials. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
