You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the Material Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR JACKSONVILLE.
Duties
You will serve as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Supervisor for new construction/overhaul of ships and crafts supporting efforts under NAVSEA SUPSHIPGC cognizance for acquisition of new construction ships and crafts.
You will provide ILS outfitting support for all assigned ships, craft, systems and equipment to include: configuration management, provisioning,
maintenance planning, supply support, technical data, storage, transportation, small purchase.
You will project and process and perform quantitative trend analysis to identify project priorities and shortfalls in order to ensure ship acquisition
milestones are achieved.
You will supervise a team of employees, including outfitting and allowance specialists, configuration and technical specialists and Government Purchase Card (GPC) personnel
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of logistics management specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Providing ILS outfitting support for assigned ships, craft, systems and equipment to include: configuration management, provisioning, maintenance planning, supply support, technical data, storage, transportation, small purchase, facilities and ship outfitting. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Project, process, and perform quantitative trend analysis to identify project priorities and shortfalls in order to ensure ship acquisition milestones are achieved; 2) Continually monitor and improve ILS outfitting and technical data processes; 3) Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments; and 4) Monitor and control progress to ensure timely and quality delivery of material ordering services to meet the material and schedule needs of the various ships under construction/repair.
