You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Acquisition Assurance Division within the Acquisition and Readiness Assessment Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV, located in Corona, CA.
Duties
You will serve as the Division's Operations Manager managing division budget, developing/tracking division management
metrics, overseeing support contracts, facilities planning, administrative processes, training, safety, security, and other support.
You will communicate and collaborate across the Division, with other members of the Department, and across the Command, as
well as with outside organizations to ensure compliance and continuity with higher level policies and processes.
You will lead strategic planning initiatives, improvement initiatives, customer/employee satisfaction surveys, data calls, work
acceptance, work assignment, and tasking requirements.
You will assist managers to develop processes to manage project proposals, manage projects, document key processes, and document success stories.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower level, the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 equivalent) or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying analytical and evaluative methods to oversee the development and management of administrative and operational functions in the execution of business operations.
