Duties

You will serve as an expert on the DCPDS training mass upload process by providing advice and consultation to customers on inquiries and identifies and provides recommendations to resolve issues on mass upload requests to avoid system rejects. You will administer and performs technical support work for training courses by scheduling and entering data for recurring established training and training programs by processing registrations. You will identify possible course changes based on survey results, makes recommendations and refers them to the appropriate Employee Development Specialist for review and action as needed. You will independently manage the Site's group email box ensuring completion of responses for customer inquiries and requests archiving the records for tracking and maintenance. You will independently manages the Site's group email box to maintain capacity limitations to be able to respond and send messages.

Requirements

Qualifications

GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing solutions to meeting employee's identified training needs, developing survey course feedback and critique, AND administering employee development programs GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. GS-09 master's or equivalent graduate degree

or

GS-07 1 full year of graduate level education

or

superior academic achievement
