You will serve as a UTILITIES INFRASTRUCTURE SUPERVISOR in the Office of the Operations Officer, Public Works Business line Department of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS.
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 12.25% will be added to the stated salary.

Duties
You will facilitate functions and operations in its interrelationships with other components of NAVFAC Marianas.
You will be serving as the technical expert supporting regional utilities programs.
You will manage the Utilities workload by reallocating priorities and resources as needed to meet demands and assuring work accomplishment in a logical, efficient, effective and expeditious manner.
You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
You will find and implement ways to reduce barriers to production and improve business practices and production or increase the quality of the work directed.
You will develop and codify new and improved techniques, methods, and standards that allow others in the Command to achieve repeatable, effective results.
You will prepare and present briefings to various levels of management to effectively communicate proposals, data analysis, and recommendations.

- This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.

- May be required to obtain a VISA dependent on the overseas country's laws/regulations.
- You will be required to sign the Statement of Understanding for Overseas Employment acknowledging receipt and understanding of the statement of living and working conditions for this location.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector supervising the quality and performance of work and for delivering a wide variety of products and services to all Naval activities within the geographic area of responsibility (AOR). Complexity ranges from very small to large projects and includes specialties in facility planning, regional planning, Military Construction (MCON) planning, special project planning, safety/non-safety site planning, and economic analysis.
