About the Position: Serves as lead training developer for the matters relating to documentation of ordnance ground support equipment (generators, air conditioning, and laundry systems) and training procedures for the Army in the Field. Integrates emerging concepts and new systems digital requirements into current curricula and serves as the Training Development center-of-gravity.

Duties

Apply learning theory, principles, methods, practices, or techniques to develop instructional materials. Contribute to the development or redesign of programs of instruction. Communicate with co-workers to share resources and data through technology to achieve instructional, training, and learning needs. Conduct needs assessment and use information from program evaluations and mission requirements to determine intent and expectations for completed curriculum. Create lesson plans that ensure an efficient delivery of course material.
