Duties
You will serve as technical expert of the performance management application CAS2NET, and other related tools such as the Human Resources Database (HRDB), and the Compensation Workbench (CWB).
You will perform analysis and prepare reports that enable the team to provide management with accurate performance management ratings and employee payouts.
You will reconcile data in the performance management database against other Human Capital Management (HCM) databases to ensure accuracy.
You will conduct training to educate and inform the workforce of their responsibilities under the performance management systems.
You will support the senior analyst in executing administrative functions to include website and share drive updates, workforce communications via intranet and email, and processing of Requests for Personnel Action (RPA).

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or (NH-01) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical and administrative guidance and support of performance management applications (e.g. Performance Appraisal Application {PAA}, CAS2Net, Compensation Workbench {CWB}, and Acquisition Demonstration {AcqDemo} spreadsheet); defining program requirements; interpreting established policies and procedures in conformance with established mission objectives; AND utilizing analytical methods to assess and evaluate performance management program and/or operations.

Education
NH-02: In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify for the position based on education. Education obtained must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. To qualify based on education, applicant must possess:
4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree
OR
Combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
