Duties

You will serve as a Requirements Management Project Manager/Lead, supporting projects under the PMW-240 enterprise portfolio. You will perform a variety of functions on a wide range of IM and IT issues. You will develop functional and systems requirements and specifications for systems to meet business requirements. You will apply a structured systems analysis approach to the design and development of new or enhanced applications. You will work with applications developers to isolate and solve design problems encountered during testing and implementation stages.

• This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 641 Advance level within 12 months of appointment.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying systems documentation tools, methods, and techniques, including automated tools such as Cameo, JIRA, PeopleSoft application Feature Map. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. 1.
