You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Training Division in the Command Services Department, Naval Oceanographic Office of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.

Duties

You will assist the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with surveillance monitoring, evaluating, and reporting contractor performance during period of performance. You will provide technical guidance to department subject matter expert teams developing Job Qualification Requirements (JQR). You will create statistical reports for management and perform local Advanced Skills Management system administrative duties. You will create specialized user interfaces and embedded processes.. You will ensure the functionality of the Individual Development Plan (IDP) Database You will provide guidance and assistance to users and Department Training Coordinators.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing technical guidance to all levels of command personnel. Experience preparing acquisition packages and uploading them into an acquisition tracking system. Experience assisting with market research, government cost estimates, and contract deliverables. Experience with surveillance monitoring, evaluating and reporting contractor performance measuring. Experience assisting with post-contract performance reports. Experience administering Advanced Skills Management (ASM) system and creating statistical reports for management. Experience maintaining the comprehensive course catalog library in the Individual Development Plan Database (IDP). Experience with budgetary analysis, execution phasing, and other training related to analytical studies.
