About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the U.S. Cyber Center of Excellence, Fort Gordon, GA.
Duties
Creates personnel files using current ARPRINT, TRAP, and historical information from the ATRRS and the Academic Records Student Data Sheets (FG 6690-R-Es) for resident and staff and faculty students.
Compiles course and training seat data and input into the appropriate training management system.
Manages enrollment rosters for course in ATRRS through reconciliation of inbound student reservation rosters retrieved from ATRRS and FG 6690-R-Es completed during in-processing.
Audits and compiles student grade books for accuracy/completeness and independently coordinates and resolves all discrepancies noted with the appropriate training division/company prior to graduating the class in DTMS/ATRRS.
Responsible for the preparation and issuance of diplomas/certificates for resident students within designated responsibility.
Requirements

- A qualified typist is required.
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.
- May be required to work overtime.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one-year specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by inputting course and class information into the training management systems such as but not limited to the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS), the Digital Training Management System (DTMS), and/or the Training Scheduling System; creating class schedules and related quotas by course and class for each service component as needed or required, ensuring all requirements are recognized; preparing correspondence, edit, and format a wide range of technical professional documents, briefs, forms, and manuscripts; and coordinate academic support matters for assigned courses with students, faculty, staff, and visiting professionals; safeguarding and sustains files and information using existing and established collection mechanisms (i.e., spreadsheets, rosters, portal sites, etc.).

Education: Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages.
