Duties
This position is located in the Trust Fund Branch, Administration Division, and is under the supervision of the Chief, Trust Fund Branch. Responsible for the coordination between Sections on Trust Fund activities at the Headquarters and assists the Chief in administering the overall program. Provides management direction of the program including implementation of unique policies, regulations and standards of the Bureau as they relate to the Trust Fund. Develops plans, programs, and Bureau policy of the management of the Trust Fund resources. Assists in and ensures Trust Fund policy is consistent with the other Bureau policy. Reviews and analyzes financial statements and management reports of the Trust Fund.

Qualifications
To be considered for the position, you must meet the following qualification requirements: Education There is no substitution of education for specialized experience for this position. Experience You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level in federal service. To be creditable, this experience must have equipped the applicant with the particular qualifications to perform successfully the duties of the position and must typically be in or related to the position to be filled. Some examples of this qualifying experience are:
Experience participating in the development of the Trust Fund Budget and subsequent allocation of funds for Trust Fund Programs.
Experience in the areas of finance, budget, strategic planning, computers and general management, and a general knowledge of Trust Fund policies and procedures.
Experience with the management of the functions of financial operations, training information technology (IT), and IT security and audit compliance.
Experience reviewing and analyzing financial statements and management reports of the Trust Fund and making recommendations for improving efficiency.
