Duties
You will gather an organize facts pertaining to minor employee issues.
You will classify a variety of clerical and technical positions.
You will advise customers about personnel actions, processes and procedures.
You will review, coordinate, and validate the annual training program for the installation.
Requirements

Qualifications
This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting personnel rules, methods, and procedures to explain and perform clerical procedures in support of staffing, classification, training and development, and incentive awards; 2) Providing recommendations to disciplinary actions and resolving minor employee problems; 3) Performing classification reviews to classify a variety of clerical and technical positions; and 4) Using personnel systems to access and input personnel data.
