This position is located in the Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA), Industrial Security Integration and Application Directorate (IP), Business Analysis and Mitigation Strategies (BAMS) Division.
Duties
As a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Incumbent is responsible for executing program requirements and overseeing staff executing program requirements associated with mitigation and risk management for companies under DCSA cognizance for one or more of its authorities (32 CFR Part 117, FY20 NDAA Section 847, or DoDI 5205.85)
- Incumbent is responsible for briefing and informing leadership of changes required to the processes under their purview or connected to it in order to meet key performance indicators, as well as taking steps to ensure Unit performance is aligned with mission priorities and objectives.
- Incumbent is to be recognized as the subject matter expert regarding mitigation and risk management of corporate risk, including FOCI or business conduct/practices
- Incumbent is responsible for reviewing Division, Agency, Department, Executive Branch, and U.S. Government policies, procedures, legislation, memorandums, and strategies that relate to mission objectives and providing feedback, impacts, changes, or processes that serve the interest of the DCSA national security mission

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GG/GS 13 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes:
Providing support to risk management related to foreign interest; research, compliance, or evaluation of foreign investment in the U.S. or global markets; work in vetting or review of mergers and acquisitions; or finance, business management and operations, corporate governance, investment and corporate structures or corporate law.
