The primary purpose of the Management and Program Analyst is to oversee team functions in quality management, continuous process improvement, and related technical assistance support in the National Nuclear Security Administration in the Department of Energy.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., NQ-02/GS-12. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience in leading continuous process improvement programs using established process improvement methodologies and modelsOR analysis of objective evidence to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of quality management systems in organizations.
