Duties
Serve as the Cadet Command subject matter expert and principal staff advisor.
Provide recommendations for plans, proposals or appropriate changes to laws and regulations.
Provide expertise and advises the Director and other authorities on all technical matters relating to Cadet personnel management and officer accessions.
Develop new procedures, to include determining personnel, equipment, and training requirements.
Supervise the work of employees engaged in various aspects of the Cadet Personnel Management and Officer accessions programs.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
- Temporary Duty (TDY) approximately 25% of the time.
- Supervisory Probationary period may be required.
- One-year probationary period may be required.

Coordinate, defend and/or resolve special interest or complex issues which impact personnel management and officer accessions legislation and regulations, and to ensure all concerned parties are provided current and accurate information regarding Trainee personnel management and officer accessions.
