You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT CENTER of MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS COMMAND.
Duties
You will analyze the structure and/or functions of the organization and departments with interrelated work process or functions.
You will plan and conduct comprehensive analytical studies of assigned organization (s) or significant segments of several major management functions.
You will present findings, opinions, and recommendations.
You will provide management support services to the Financial Management Analyst.
You will perform research tasks to obtain a variety of cost and manpower data.
You will recommend procedures for preparing, documenting, validating, and presenting resources resources to higher authority.
You will serve as expert with USMC on all matters related to the performance standard programs
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- You may be required to be recalled to duty outside of normal work hours.
- This position requires a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check to be completed on any person selected for this position. I am willing and able to submit to a SCHR check.
Qualifications
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Resolving human capital management and staffing issues by analyzing the structure and/or functions of the organization.
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing management support services in the areas of manpower program cost monitoring and development of annual work-plans.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify based on education OR equivalent combination of experience and education as follows:
GS-11: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
GS-09: Master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
