Duties
You will serve as a Program Analyst for the Combat Development Directorate (CDD), of the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG).
You will interpret and correlate large amounts of complex information from multiple sources when developing strategies to support command requirements initiatives and generation processes.
You will serve as principal advisor to the Chief of requirements for the development of processes and subsequent execution of the quarterly Requirements Review Board (RRB) and Integrated Prioritized Program List (IPPL).
You will also serve as a liaison for assisting in the development of Operational Deficiency Reports (ODR) that describe command operational deficiencies.
You will work closely with database management specialist to develop and manage virtual tools including computer-based portals.

Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is subject to random counterintelligence scope polygraph examinations.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases
- May be required to travel on military or civilian aircraft and waterborne craft, deploy onboard ships, or serve at remote sites as required.
- May be exposed to hazardous or hostile environments and may be authorized special/danger pay as provided by the Department of State, the Office of Personnel Management, or other agency regulations.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, organizing, controlling, and guiding personnel in the development of requirements documentation supporting command objectives, and have an understanding of system acquisition, integration and milestone review process.
