Alaskan Region HR Services Labor and Employee Relations Division is seeking a Human Resources Specialist (Labor and Employee Relations). This one vacancy may be filled in the following locations, Anchorage, AK, El Segundo, CA and Des Moines, WA. This is not a 100% telework or virtual position, the individual selected will have in office presence in accordance with agency telework policies.

Duties

Serves as a Human Resources Specialist (Labor and Employee Relations) for the Alaskan Region HR Services, Labor and Employee Relations Division.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
• Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
• Person selected may be subject to a successful completion of a background investigation
• Total of 1 vacancy that may be filled in specified locations.

Qualifications

To qualify for Pay Band FV-H, you must demonstrate that you possess at least 1 full year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G or FG/GS 10/11 level.To qualify for Pay Band FV-I, you must demonstrate that you possess at least 1 full year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H or FG/GS 12 level.Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience described must be in or related to the duties of the position.For the FV-H level -Specialized experience must include the following: Experience as an HR Professional, attorney, or union representative. May occasionally require assistance from manager or lead co-workerFor the FV-I level -Specialized experience must include the following: Experience as an HR Professional, attorney, or union representative.
