About the Position: Serve as the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium (SAUSHEC) office front-line reception and administrative point-of-contact for the SAUSHEC Dean, Associate and Assistant Deans in the conduct of daily SAUSHEC business. Duties
Receive and review incoming messages and correspondence. Make appointments, schedule meetings, facilitate virtual meetings (on MS Teams), take minutes, and manage daily calendars/schedules of the Deans and SAUSHEC committees as directed.
Prepare correspondence on office letterhead for supervisor's signature and route SAUSHEC business through the organization per established procedures.
Obtain knowledge of supervisor's responsibilities as well as policies, objectives, operations and programs, in order to solve administrative issues and determine how to obtain answers to inquiries related to SAUSHEC functions.
Make travel arrangements for the Deans. Serve as primary time card, attendance, and incentive award liaison to the civilian personnel office for the SAUSHEC office staff.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes use of personal computers with various office automation software packages, collecting data for surveys or reports, maintain suspense files and daily calendar, reviewing correspondence, preparing minutes, and knowledge of time and attendance requirements and procedures.
