Duties
Advises the PMO Director and Deputy Director on general courses of action, implementation, and execution plans.
Collaborate with corporate managers to establish broad mission requirements, objectives, and plans for accomplishment.
Develop long range work schedules and operational sequences for various subordinate organizational elements.
Resolve technical problems and interoffice issues which may arise during the course of a project.
Monitor progress to assure quality of work, effective organization, and economical operations.
Program and Project Management Branch Chief responsible for multi-billion dollar Foreign Military Sales case supporting the planning, design, and construction of a high visibility program.

- This position requires the incumbent to obtain and/or maintain a Secret security clearance.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes: Managing large and/or technically complex military and/or civil works construction projects or programs; analyzing workload to workforce; outlining policy and overall program requirements and objectives; providing direction of work assignments; assuring compliance with established policies and procedures; managing subordinate supervisors; performing the full-range of personnel activities including evaluating performance, deciding disciplinary actions, approving personnel actions and recruiting new talent. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
