You will serve as a MARITIME SURFACE PLANNER in the JOINT INNOVATION AND EXPERIMENTATION DIVISION of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will participate in Joint All-Domain Maritime Fires Planning to maximize Joint unity and support command operations.
You will be responsible for policy and guidance on integrated joint-all domain fires and associated intelligence support to targeting.
You will develop response options for the National Command Authority during crisis action planning.
You will provide technical advice regarding procedures and problem resolutions for Maritime Surface activities.

- This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1) Completing full spectrum operations, manned and unmanned platform operations, kinetic and non-kinetic attacks, special munition considerations, mitigation of Risk to Mission and Risk to Force, and integration requires; 2) Developing, publishing, and updating integrated Joint fire plans in alignment with the priorities of effort; 3) Ensuring contingency and crisis planning provides flexible Joint fire options in accordance with intelligence and combatant priorities; 4) Completing Joint theater integrated fire planning to include targeting and attack policy, target selection, and command guidance for maneuver of operational forces; and 5) Contributing to the development of a Joint Fires Network to expedite future fires and bridge sensors to shooter through a federated common data layer.
