Duties
You will research and establish guidelines and procedures to develop and sponsor service-level MAGTF communications capabilities.
You will serve as a principal contributor in the research, development, coordination, and sponsorship of all communications capabilities requirements documentation.
You will function as an analyst/evaluator and is a recognized expert and technical authority for policy and program analysis of communications systems of interest to the USMC.
You will coordinate the formulation, definition, and modification of objectives and requirements as key management and program informative analysis for interagency military teams and committees.
You will direct complex studies requiring application of analytical and statistical methods with other communications capabilities organizations.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

Qualifications
The incumbent functions as an analyst/evaluator and is a recognized expert and technical authority for policy and program analysis of communications systems of interest to the USMC. This expert represents technical-level efforts by giving technical leadership in evaluation of technical solutions and the impact on USMC's Warfighting Investment and Information Portfolio Evaluation Boards, and other Program Evaluation Boards. The employee's findings, ideas, and recommendations form a basis for further service-level program development. The incumbent applies knowledge of fundamentals and principles of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and Capabilities Development/Requirements Management to develop DOTMLPF solutions.
