You will serve as a SUPERVISORY OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will research, interpret, analyze, and apply all domain fires guidelines, policies, and regulations
You will use mature judgment and considerable leadership experience within a military service to apply guidelines and develop new standards.
You will identify capability gaps, prioritize requirements, shapes and create solutions, advocate for resources, execute funding, and provide key analyses to enable the US Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) to implement the National Defense Strategy.
You will be responsible for the development, direction, and implementation of the Integrated Joint Fires Center (IJFC) and its future plans to achieve integrated joint effects throughout the Indo-Pacific AOR.
You will assign work to subordinate employees based on organization priorities and consideration of difficulty and requirements of assignments such that the experience, training, and abilities of staff.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following:
Planning, organizing, and directing Joint Fires policies, processes and procedures along with demonstrated experience in Joint Targeting Cycle planning, execution, and assessment.
Utilizing knowledge of and experience with Joint Campaign, Contingency, and Crisis Action response processes and procedures and ability to develop and assess new policies, processes and procedures.
Establishing and maintaining extensive liaison with multiple Tier 0 organizations both internally and externally.
Negotiating effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations for command positions on extremely sensitive, highly classified and vitally important capabilities.
Planning, organizing and leading others in comprehensive studies or projects and preparing accurate, technically sound recommendations and solutions.
Communicating the organization's position on an issue to a broad global audience by telephone, video teleconference, and by traveling to interact personally.
Utilizing Microsoft suite of office software; especially the PowerPoint program along with other systems such as or similar to SharePoint, Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), the Modern Integrated Database (MIDB) and the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS).
