You will serve as a Administrative Services Officer in the Human Capital Management Division and Training Branch KN124 of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
Duties
You will prepare narrative reports, charts and graphs as needed to assist the product manager to ensure appropriate personnel actions are generated to prevent such things as misassignments, lost pay and merit system principles violations.
You will assist travelers that are new to the Defense Travel System.
You will be responsible for taking and maintaining appropriate training to hold a Command credit card and has delegated authority outlines in the incumbents Letter of Delegation and in accordance with NAVSUPINST 4200.99B
You will perform a monthly reconciliation audit to review monthly statements and reconcile against available vendor receipts, purchase card logs, and reallocation of the Budget Exchange Rate fluctuation.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Monitoring a variety of workforce data to address potential issues, prepare narrative reports, and charts and graphs as needed to assist the product manager; 2) Ensuring travel authorizations and vouchers submitted by travelers is correct and/or making corrections to travel documents as needed; 3) Assisting and answering travelers questions regarding travel systems; 4) Ensuring material purchase documentation is correct with all proper signatures, performing a monthly reconciliation audit, and generating and submitting requests to appropriate departments; and 5) Coordinating with selecting officials and HR offices in filling vacancies, providing incentives to selections, and completing recruitment documentation.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Monitoring personnel staffing reports and gathering workforce data to address potential issues and assist in the preparation of narrative reports, charts and graphs; 2) Assisting travelers with travel systems and answering traveler questions; 3) Ensuring travel authorizations and vouchers are correct; and 4) Assisting selecting officials in filling organizational vacancies, and reviewing and endorsing tuition reimbursement/training requests.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-09: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.
GS-07: 1 full year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement
