You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the CDR, NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT CMD, MATERIAL DEPARTMENT of CDR NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND.
Duties
You will monitor craft current readiness and assist in resolving CASREPS or Departure from Specification (DFS).
You will make sound judgment decisions both practical and theoretical of the engineering concepts, principles and practices applicable to the full range of the marine engineering in hull, mechanical, electrical and related combat system.
You will clearly communicate and articulate maintenance actions, and present information into a coherent manner to all level of the Chain of Command.
You will review and process all Condition Found Reports (CFR), Independent Government Estimates (IGE), Request Contract Changes (RCC) and make recommendations in support of the ROH and CMAV contracts.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
*Experience cross the spectrum of materiel management, life cycle maintenance, program assessments, budgets and resource management of Fleet funding to support TYCOMs and SYSCOMs.
*Experience and knowledge with OPNAV, NAVSEA, Fleet Commander and COMNECC policy, instructions and guidelines when planning and executing repairs on Boats and Combatant Crafts.
*Experience and an in-depth understanding of the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual and the Maintenance and Material Management (3-M) System, Maintenance Data System (MDS) and the Planned Maintenance System (SKED), with emphasis on condition-directed, time-directed, life cycle-directed maintenance, and equipment casualty reporting.
*Experience working with and understanding Combatant Craft and Boats, handling and delivery systems.
*Experience developing and managing the annual budget for Repair of Combatant Craft and Boats for emergent repairs, maintenance, parts, overhauls (ROH).
*Experience and comprehensive knowledge of Intermediate/Depot Maintenance Activities and Regional Maintenance Center procedures for repair, alteration planning and execution of Combatant Craft maintenance and modernization.
*Experience setting and achieving strategic goals while influencing decisions and building consensus across various organizations to achieve objectives.
