Duties
Identify and develop process-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI?s) and metrics. Analyze and evaluate (KPIs), metrics, and other process performance critical data to ensure the process area is meeting its performance targets.
Prepare, coordinate and submit contracting workload reports to leadership, customers and other activities as required. Coordinate and report special purpose contract performance data, as requested.
Serve as an analyst and advisor on functional program and projects. Facilitate activities for continuous process improvement and initiatives for the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
Work closely with customers and partners to ensure DLA priorities are aligned to customer needs.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, implementation of internal controls and maintain a constant audit readiness posture.
Facilitate cross-organization coordination between internal staff, customer, program offices, and other government agencies.
Controls incoming and outgoing taskers including scheduling key staff coverage of required meetings

Qualifications
To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
- Identifying and developing process specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Analyzing and evaluating KPIs, metrics and other process performance critical data to ensure the process area is meeting its performance targets
- Preparing, coordinate and submit contracting workload reports
- Coordinating and report special purpose contact performance data
- Preparing charts for briefings
- Researching data for information based on an outline of needs & ascertain accuracy of information by checking data files, querying personnel and reviewing documentation
- Maintaining files/records in a constant state of readiness for audit or inspection
- Experience in the contracting process that provided a foundation for understanding process flow, process challenges and key contracting terminology (Solicitation, Evaluation, Negotiation & Contract Administration)
- Computer literacy and skill with a variety of software including Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel with specific experience in data manipulation and analysis
