This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for AcqDemo Business and Technical Management Career Path (NH) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The incumbent provide managers with objectively based information for making decisions on programmatic aspects of organization operations. Serves as point of contact for a variety of management support services.

Duties

Coordinates return and redistribution of Government Furnished Property issued to contractors. Utilizes an automated system to prepare reports on behalf of the Program Manager. Provides recommendations to Program Manager to improve the effectiveness of Program Office. Develops program data for assigned programs as required for use by management. Oversee all Government Furnished Equipment and Property requests on behalf of assigned organization.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Incumbent will be required to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel away from your permanent duty station requirement of up to 10% of the time.
• This position requires submission of Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, upon entering the position and annually thereafter.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. General Experience: Three years progressively responsible experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least the NH-01/GS-04 grade level, which includes (1) collecting data to prepare reports; (2) utilizing established policies and procedures to make recommendations; and (3) performing analytical work related to property and/or supply management. This definition of general experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-01/GS-04). OR Education: Four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 36. Then divide your total number of completed undergraduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 120. Add the two percentages.
