You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Production Acceptance & Test Branch of Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport, WA (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA).
Duties
You will be responsible for input, tracking, and management of data associated with the production of undersea vehicles.
You will monitor Contractor, Intermediate Maintenance Activity (IMA), Depot, Underwater Range, and other Program operations for data associated with undersea vehicle production hardware.
You will Coordinate with Production Acceptance (PA) Engineers for reporting and support data calls.
You will assist in the development of acquisition documentation; this may include tailoring Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), delivery schedules, or other sections of contracts and requests for proposals (RFP).
You will prepare evaluations, status reports, and schedules as required to complete project assignments.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) functions (e.g., planning, executing, assessing) and related investigations or analyses ensure production life cycle (e.g., conditions, facilities and related efficiency, economy, safety conditions).
For GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing production life cycle logistics to ensure conditions (e.g., facilities and related efficiency, economy, safety) of production hardware.
Examples of Qualifying Experience may include inputting, tracking, and managing the data associated with acquisition, evaluation, and analysis for the purpose of undersea vehicle production acceptance; coordinating the logistics of production hardware; coordinating with production contractors; planning, implementing, and managing broad scale logistics support for systems and equipment.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-09: A Master's or equivalent graduate degree;
OR
Two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Master's or equivalent degree;
OR
An LL.B. or J.D., in a field directly related to the position being filled.
GS-07: One full year of graduate level education;
OR
Successful completion of a Bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement.
