You will serve as a Program Analyst in the N5 Strategy and Future Requirements (N5) Code of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
Duties
You will assists in coordinating and facilitating any substantive data collection and follow on analysis in supporting the N5 scope to include any of the above mentioned business areas.
You will perform process design, re-engineering, and business case analysis for activity based costing and management, strategic performance management, resources allocations, and performance based budgeting efforts.
You will coordinate Program Objective Memorandum(POM)/Program Review (PR) processes and procedures as required.
You will initiate, develop, recommend, and implement common business approaches in coordination with customers to improve efficiency and effectiveness of SIM support.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1. Managing Program Objective Memorandum (POM)/Program Review (PR) processes and procedures as required; 2. Coordinating Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) and its interdependency with the Appropriations process; 3. Assisting in coordinating and facilitating any substantive data collection and follow on analysis, to include across all Navy Shore business areas; and 4. Analyzing resourcing and resource allocation decisions, performance impacts, efficiencies, and business practices and strategies.
